少女出遊返家怕挨罵　 竟謊稱遭到大漢性侵

阿姨，你女兒被欺負了！新北市一名17歲女孩小恩，前天由17歲的男同學阿江陪同返家時，向小恩的母親表示，小恩昨天晚上在附近公園，遭幾名大漢推倒在草地上，小恩母親聽聞後大驚，趕緊帶女兒到醫院驗傷，也同步報警。
 
豈知在醫院準備驗傷時，小恩與阿江見到警方前來，才驚覺事態嚴重，坦承因為玩太晚，返家怕被母親責備，才會想出如此說法，據調查，就讀某高職的小恩前天晚上與16歲的男友一同出遊，不小心忘了時間，發現已經過了午夜，才會打電話給小江，情急之下才會想出被人性侵的說法。
 
雖然事後證明無人遭到性侵，但由於兩人涉及謊報及誣告罪，警方訊後將兩人函送法年法庭。（突發中心／新北報導）
