受強冠售餿水油牽連　工研整合行銷明按鈴控告

受強冠販售餿水油事件影響的的工研整合行銷，繼昨召開記者會向消費者和下游廠商道歉後，決委託律師明天上午9時到高雄地檢署按鈴控告強冠詐欺和求償。
 
強冠企業是工研整合行銷公司代工廠，幫忙生產「合將香豬油」，工研整合行銷向強冠購入高達4611桶餿水油，受工研整合行銷影響的下游廠商約4百多家。
 
工研整合行銷副總李淑鈴表示，該公司和強冠的合約上，清楚寫明強冠若要更改香豬油配方，必須通知工研整合，但強冠卻未通知，讓工研整合商譽受到很大傷害。
 
李淑鈴表示，該公司已委託律師，明天上午會按鈴控告強冠違約、詐欺並求償，但未透露求償金額。(戴安瑋/台北報導）
