如題 不太會下標題@@ 之前是大省無購機 有送3門熱線 後來大省轉全能->4G 636 (6月底左右) 現在8月 所以收到7月份的帳單 其中一項為熱線設定費50元 8月中打去客服問 是說全能平板無熱線 所以50/門(每月 非1次性) 費用按天數攤提 所以我若刪除熱線的話=50元(7月)+25左右(8月) (當下未刪除 只是先了解情況) 隔幾天我同事反應他有熱線50元問題 我說我也有打去問了 然後我同事就說 他跟客服反應當時沒刪亦沒告知(他沒打算繳) 客服答應會處理該筆費用 8/22 我就打去客服 跟客服反應該問題 當下即刪除熱線 並回應會向上反應 8/25 我接到原中華電信承辦人員來電 通知說當時未告知與疏失 1個半月費用會再減免 當時大省轉全能 若有熱線未刪除且不需要的 可以打客服減免 p -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.130.208.100 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1409033354.A.948.html
