張顯耀北檢分案偵查

前陸委會副主委張顯耀涉嫌洩密案，台北地檢署今天上午完成指定分案，依瀆職罪嫌查辦張顯耀。檢方列張顯耀為被告，懷疑他洩密內容「超過部會級」、「可能達院級」，近日蒐證後傳喚張出庭。

檢方是指派查緝黑金專組檢察官陳舒怡偵查此案，陳在「馬王政爭」所引爆的前檢察總長洩密案曾以證人身分偵訊過行政院長江宜樺。
