請推薦宜蘭的自來水管抓漏達人

我家是宜蘭市的三樓透天厝, 這幾個月的水費都爆漲.
檢查馬桶 熱水器管線都沒問題, 水龍頭也沒有漏水現象. 觀看房子外觀也沒有潮濕的地方. 研判是水都漏到土地裡了...
找過好幾位水電師傅來看都找不到漏水點, 台北的抓漏公司也不承接宜蘭的case.
我實在不知道該怎麼辦了.
有人可以推薦宜蘭抓自來水管漏水的專業達人嗎?
是自來水管喔, 不是排水管或窗框或是壁癌那種抓漏的.
