圖文:http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/40575256 時間:2014/3 雙連站到中山站兩旁的小街道裡有不少小店，之前來這兒的時候就已發現這家很有日本家 常食堂風味的青嵐，可當時看看菜單，興趣不大，加上已吃了飯，就沒進來。 不過最近還是找了天來吃個晚餐，反正價格也不貴，定食大多在兩百以內，在這附近算是 便宜的吧。 晚餐時間，店內倒是沒什麼人，不過聽說午餐時間，附近蠻多上班族會來這裡吃飯。 餐點則是以日本家常風味的定食為主。 燒牛五花定食＄160 定食附上四樣小菜與味噌湯，可惜小菜都是冷的，吃起來很不溫暖，而且很台菜的味道， 跟自助餐的炒菜感覺差不多。燒五花肉其實應該是醬燒的，而不是燒烤五花肉。醬燒五花 肉口味偏甜，肉質有嚼勁，雖是五花肉，可是不油膩，瘦肉偏多，配飯挺好。不過青嵐的 米飯煮的好硬，雖然我不喜歡吃太濕軟的米飯，可這米也過硬了點。 青嵐食堂 地址：台北市南京西路25巷24號 電話：02-25552050 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog 歡迎加入柔藍食單粉絲團 https://www.facebook.com/softbluerecipe -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.74.148.82 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1398235388.A.48E.html
