逃過一劫！？美強暴犯：長太帥不算強暴

美國喬治亞州 (Georgia)一名男子馬帝斯（Darrious Mathis）被控強暴罪，他用著絕佳地自信為自己辯護，以自己「長太帥不算強暴」為由堅稱自己無罪，誇張的是竟然還說服陪審團裡的一名成員，最後馬帝斯暫時逃脫了強暴罪的指控。

根據英國《每日郵報》（Daily Mail）報導，這起案件發生在2011年，當時受害者在藥局買藥，馬帝斯尾隨在後拿著手槍要脅受害者上車前往ATM提款，最後還強暴她。

近日，這起案件開庭審理，馬帝斯憑著自己熱情奔放的人格魅力和帥氣外表來為自己辯護，他說自己因為長太帥，被害人是出於自願與他發生關係，所以因此不打算認罪，與被害人說法完全不同。

各持一方的證詞迫使暫時休庭4天，但再度開庭時，沒想到馬帝斯的說法最後說服了陪審團一名成員，認同馬帝斯說自己「長太帥」，被害人是自願與他發生關係，讓馬帝斯逃過一劫。
