用球太省　韋蘭德2次登板嚇到教練團 體育中心／綜合報導 雖然只是第2場熱身賽，但「虎王」韋蘭德(Justin Verlander)狀況實在太好，17日面 對國民主投5局，直到第5局2出局後才被擊出安打，效率之高，連教練團都相當震驚， 不免要虧他一下。 這場比賽，老虎給韋蘭德預設的球數上限為65球，希望他能投完5局，但韋蘭德投完只 用49球，前4局還沒被國民敲出安打，只靠一次保送上壘，但該保送之後，韋蘭德又讓 卡布諾斯(Jeff Kobernus)敲出雙殺打，所以前4局都是三上三下。 效率太高，讓老虎投手教練瓊斯(Jeff Jones)相當意外，韋蘭德表示，「瓊斯跟我說 ，『如果你在繼續無安打下去，我就要你回去繼續投。』他跟我開玩笑，他在那邊烏 鴉嘴，希望我的用球量可以高一點，不過他說他是故意的，我那時候就大笑。」 韋蘭德的表現讓人驚豔，教頭奧斯瑪斯(Brad Ausmus)表示，「他的表現實在是太超過 了，太棒了。」 韋蘭德目前在熱身賽出賽2場，累計局數8.2局，被打2支安打無失分，有6次三振及3次 保送，對手打擊率不到1成。 韋蘭德被媒體問到是否想擔任開幕戰先發，他回應，「那是奧斯瑪斯的決定，嘿，我 只是5人其中1位，你想在開幕戰先發嗎？當然，我過去6年都擔任了，我想要持續下 去嗎？當然，我想如果你問其他先發投手，問他們想不想，答案是想！」 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20140317/335603.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.56.165
