租霸2港妹　今晨遭北檢責付移民署收容

2名港女曾麗雲（20歲）邱曉彤（19歲）今年元月來台觀光，先在台北市大安區承租套房後不告而別，偷走液晶電視，還將沾經血內褲、衛生棉亂丟，經新店分局12日偵訊後離開，人間消失，檢方簽發拘票竟找不到人。2港妹昨天中午在台南市被警方查獲，晚上被上手銬、腳鐐依竊盜、毀損等罪嫌移送台北地檢署，由檢察官複訊後今晨1時無保責付給移民署，但先移送外國人收容所收容。

檢方說，二港妹逾期停留台灣，且依《港澳條例》規定，在有犯罪行為的情況下，也可移送外國人收容所收容60天，在這期間內檢方繼續調查，如查出二人構成犯罪即起訴，由法庭進行審判，判刑定讞則須服刑完畢才能遣送出境，如判決無罪則依法遣送出境，若60天未偵結還可延長收容至遣送出境前。（林益民／台北報導）
