沒怎麼下載或使用,但是手機記憶體是滿的?

我媽的智慧型手機剛買不到半年,最近開始有事沒事顯示
"手機儲存空間已滿"
可是從手機上看,手機記憶體(大約2.5G)只使用了500MB

接到電腦上看"內容"的話,則會顯示手機記憶體確實快用完了,可是點進去記憶體裡面看的話,根本找不到有哪一個檔案會大到使用2G,其他零零星星的檔案加起來我想最多也是300MB

SD卡則是幾乎完全空的

有人知道為什麼嗎?
