文化部長龍應台（右）到國民黨中常會報告「一個故事值多少？台灣影視音策略」，指出103年各部會預算文化部只有161億元，在十個部會中是最少的。她表示，文創產業就是要「國家總動員」，不單能靠文化部之力，必須要結合其他部會，主席馬英九（左）表示未來有機會增加。
