我想在宿舍電腦架設個網站
我用的是XAMPP
我的電腦是WIN7

我目前是浮動IP,之後會申請固定IP
所以給別人看網站時我會先去查IP,在指令打ipconfig那個

我想要開放給別人看我的網站
目前防火牆是windows內建的
我不知道要怎麼改才能讓別人看到我的網站
如果我把防火牆關掉
別人就看的到
如果沒有關掉
就進不來我的網站

要怎麼修改防火牆?
我有從防火牆的進階設定→新增規則→新增過21和80
但別人還是進不來我的網站

如果也要開放FTP那要怎麼設定防火牆?
因為只要把防火牆關掉就沒問題
可是這樣也容易被駭客入侵

或者請問還有甚麼可以不阻擋網站和FTP的免費防火牆
