成大新廣場　4花圈以校長為名誌慶

【辛啟松／台南報導】成功大學新廣場命名惹爭議，1名李姓校友昨天拆除光復校區門口招牌上「光復」英文字樣，表示抗議；今早該廣場出現4個以成大校長黃煌煇為名的慶賀花圈，上頭寫著「祝黃煌輝廣場落成誌慶」，但未留署名，引起往來學生好奇，佇足拍照。

成功大學校務會議以臨時動議，投票決定「新廣場不命名」，但成大學生會權益部長張書睿說，學生心中已認定「南榕廣場」，學生會等社團往後舉辦活動，都會使用該名稱。「南榕廣場」提案人邱鈺萍強調，命名理念不是只因為鄭南榕，也象徵成大是南方大榕樹的意象。學校預設「南榕」是政治名詞，才是政治不中立的表現。
