國防部：悔過者禁假 仍有嚇阻力

外界質疑國防部新的悔過制度「跟貓熊一樣爽」，國防部緊急召開記者會澄清，除了補充表示，未來課程中仍有體能操練外，也特別強調，受悔過處分者不能放假，對現在的志願役士兵，還是有相當嚇阻力。

參謀本部人事次長徐衍璞少將指出，目前國軍志願役士官兵，如果沒有擔任戰備、衛哨或其他勤務，每周一至周四可以外宿，周五晚上起可休星期假日。但若遭受悔過處分，所有的外宿或周休假都將取消，並且不予補假，因此對於希望放假的士官兵，仍有相當嚇阻力。
