張盛和：今年出口會更好

【廖珮君／台北報導】財政部長張盛和今早在財委會上說，去年出口成長率僅0.7%，成長率不高，但出超金額創歷年新高，對中國和東協都是正成長，而今年來看，因去年衰退的美國和歐洲都變好，今年出口會較好。

至於金融營業稅部份，金管會主委曾銘宗說，金融營業稅是否要調升，要考慮金融和國內其他產業衡平和金融業跟國外稅負競爭力問題，金管會希望可維持現狀。
 
張盛和也說，目前要調升金融營業稅的時機不成熟，一是年金改革還沒通過，政府要負擔缺口不清楚，要等缺口金額出來後，再通盤考量。

其次則是財政健全方案正要提出來，要各行業等全盤考量，不應光針對金融營業稅，財部認為要暫緩。
