起床上廁所 男子跌倒亡

台北市北投區謝姓男子今天早上五點起床上廁所，還在睡夢中的謝妻聽到廁所傳來碰撞聲響，妻子連忙到廁所敲門，都沒人回應，用十元硬幣打開廁所，發現謝男倒臥廁所，頭部右後方流血，已陷入昏迷，送往醫院急救，今早十點宣告不治。
