鰲鼓溼地跑半馬　不影響候鳥生態

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】嘉義縣政府教育處預計明年3月2日，在嘉義鰲鼓溼地舉辦國際馬拉松，原本主辦單位規劃的四組競賽路線中，唯獨全程馬拉松(42.195公里)會進入ㄇ字型東石堤防，愛鳥人士對此質疑此舉恐破壞候鳥棲息生態；經教育處開會檢討後，決定從善如流。

處長王建龍說，為讓活動圓滿進行，提出兩全其美的解套方案，宣布取消全程組路線，保留半程馬拉松(21公里)、青少年體能挑戰組(約6.4公里)和創意休閒組(約3公里)，如此一來，即不干擾堤防外棲息的候鳥，也可讓活動如期登場。
