竊占國土蓋別墅　劉政池妻移送士檢複訊

【法庭中心／台北報導】士林地檢署偵辦苗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉竊佔國土蓋別墅案，今天上午前往劉在陽明山的別墅開挖搜索，並約談劉政池、簡萱夫婦，及兩人的2女1子到案說明，晚間8時30分左右，簡萱被移送士檢複訊時，面對記者追問，全程不發一語。

而劉政池的2名女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余，稍早已被檢方諭令各以1百萬、2百萬元交保候傳。
