　　 高鐵局公告標售桃園、台中與台南特定區土地，共有1筆商業區及7筆住宅區土地，標售總底價近8億元。
高鐵桃園車站特定區於國壽、華泰攜手進駐22公頃產業專用區，打造全台首座美式outlet及冠德建設注入住宅及商場營運經驗，將A19站桃園體育園區發展為國際複合商城，桃園站區民間企業已爭相插旗，擘劃成為北台灣明日新城。
高鐵台中車站特定區除為高鐵台鐵捷運三鐵共構，更與台中港、台中國際機場，形成黃金轉運三角帶動旅次成長，亦可成就未來快速發展。
高鐵台南車站特定區除中研院擬向高鐵局價購產業專用區設置南部分院外；高鐵局並訂於2013年10月公告招商開發一筆商業區，均將帶動地區穩定發展。
這次標售土地將於2013年10月16日開標。
