有關於手機門號解約及電信移轉

目前使用的手機是亞太的門號(純通話,沒有上網及3G功能)
因應周遭親朋好友都使用智慧型手機
導致使用亞太的人越來越少
所以想要攜碼轉移到中華電信(因周遭大多數人都使用)
但問題來了
1.我的約要到明年9月才到期,上亞太官網看我的專案補償金要$3082,請問現在如要做解約移轉的話划算嗎?!我看有人提到有電信業者會吸收違約金,中華電信有這項服務嗎?!

2.如要攜碼移轉解約後就可以馬上去申辦嗎?!需要準備什麼嗎?!還有沒有所謂的預繳呀?!
