【綜合報導】以《後宮甄嬛傳》風靡兩岸三地的孫儷工作滿檔，今午她在微博分享在高鐵上吹整頭髮趕通告的照片，還表示：「有誰能比我會節約時間，1個小時的車程，吃個飯，畫個妝，吹個頭，再看一會兒報紙，下車前再換上衣服，一會到杭州就能直接工作了。」網友讚她是「效率女王」，還有人好奇問：「把車廂包了？」
