彰化跑水節創意跑水嘉年華競賽 受理報名

由彰化縣政府主辦的「2013彰化跑水節～創意跑水嘉年華」創意競賽，自9月2日起至10月7日止開放報名，力邀全國民眾「妝水水，來跑水」，挑戰55萬元總獎金。 為慶祝彰化建縣290年，今年跑水節以「惜福真寶島‧彰化向前跑」為主題，加入了「妝水水，來跑水」創意跑水嘉年華水的表演競賽活動。

縣府徵求以彰化跑水節相關元素，或彰化縣各地風土民情、物產、特色意象，融入趣味性方式來呈現，凡年滿12歲至55歲均可報名參加，分為初賽、決賽兩階段評選。

創意跑水嘉年華決賽，將於11月16日在彰化二水鄉八堡圳水道內盛大舉行，當天將控制八堡圳水量，讓民眾可以穿戴最酷最炫的裝扮，跑出自己的獨特魅力。

每年「彰化跑水節」，結合藝術、文化與祭典，舉行一系列祈福活動，從感恩祭、圳頭祭到祈福開幕，都富有濃濃的地方傳奇與特色，讓民眾前來觀光遊憩之餘，帶領民眾認識彰化，深入瞭解八堡圳流域鄉鎮，體驗農村在地文化。
