鋒面加上對流雲系旺盛，讓台灣這幾天成了水鄉澤國，各地也不斷傳出災情，陸上交通也因此全亂了！公路總局公告，南投縣信義鄉觀峰至自忠路段延長預警性封閉時間。

因持續降雨影響，公路總局在網站公布，南投縣信義鄉台18線96k+453~108k+975自忠至塔塔加路段及台21線122k~145k觀峰至塔塔加新中橫公路，將延長預警性封閉時間至中午12時，若雨勢增強，不排除延長封閉時間，提醒民眾避免前往該路段以確保安全。
