羅智強：選基隆市長 還沒決定

總統府副祕書長羅智強31日上午到基隆市，參加「秋季體育活動聯合競賽」，與地方人士互動熱絡，也與有意參選市長國民黨籍基隆市議長黃景泰同台，兩人禮貌性致意。被問及是否參選市長？羅智強說，還未決定動向。

基隆市體育會在體育館舉辦秋季體育活動聯合賽，有一千多名選手參加比賽。羅智強8點半就到場，進場時與選手握手。
