WD行動硬碟系列差異

大家好^_____^

最近想買1TB行動硬碟，雖然也有人發問過WD系列的差異，但好像沒有太多詳細的解說，還是充滿許多問號，所以想請問大家：
(1)WD行動硬碟有許多系列，像WD Elements系列和WD My Passport的差異是什麼，推薦哪個系列?
(2)網路上有搜尋到有些硬碟使用NEC晶片，NEC晶片是什麼? 也有人提及NEC晶片行動硬碟比 SATA硬碟傳輸來的快，NEC和SATA的差異為何?哪些品牌的隨身碟是用NEC晶片?
(3)外殼是金屬材質的行動硬碟散熱較佳，哪些品牌的隨身碟是用鋁合金材質的?
(4)WD和創見行動硬碟，大家比較推薦哪一個品牌?
