烏龍！死者葬禮後13天突現身　親友才發現葬錯人

美國費城現年50歲的雪洛琳傑克森(Sharolyn Jackson)，被通報失蹤兩天後，警方發現一具女屍符合其特徵，親友透過照片也指認女屍即為雪洛琳，但在葬禮後的13天，雪洛琳竟又突然出現，親友才發現葬錯人。

根據英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，雪洛琳於7月18日被親友通報失蹤，7月20日時，警方發現一具女屍特徵與雪洛琳相符，立即通知其親友並拍照請他們指認，親友也都認為該具女屍即為雪洛琳。

雪洛林的親友悲痛不已，並於8月3日替她舉辦葬禮，但在葬禮後的13天，雪洛琳竟又被通報出現在費城一家精神療養機構，警方及親友接到消息後極為震驚。

報導稱，費城衛生部表示，當時完全按照標準程序處理該具「以為」是雪洛琳的女屍，其2名親友也指認女屍為雪洛琳無誤。

認屍的親友事後表示，可能是因為當時警方提供的照片為黑白照，才會將該具女屍誤認為雪洛琳，導致錯葬。而目前警方也正在調查，該具被錯葬的無名女屍真實身分。
