今天，我跟會計詢問 愛計較的員工:自從公司說要恢復勞基法規定給加班費後，請問妳怎麼算的? 老闆的黑臉會計:前兩個小時*1.33，兩個小時之後每個小時*1.66 愛計較的員工:可是勞基法規定不是說，第5個小時開始要*2嗎? 換句話說，1~2H*1.33，2~4H*1.66，5upH*2 老闆的黑臉會計:沒有阿，就是按照規定最多就是*1.66 愛計較的員工:是這樣嗎? 老闆的黑臉會計:是的。 於是，我輸了....因為我沒有十全的把握我的印象記憶中是無誤的 我上勞委會也找不到我要找的法令規章 想請教強大的鄉民，這個加班費的算法是根據哪條哪個越詳細愈好 因為我要知道 於法有據的 最後，我可以接受你不按勞基法，因為環境 人事 工作內容等等，只要我能忍受 但是，我必須要清楚知道我的權益在哪裡。不要被賣了還再幫人算錢。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.58.160.65
