香港通脹指數大升6.9%

香港物價指數急升，上月整體消費物價6.9%，較6月份的4.1%為高。

香港政府說，物價指數急升，主要原因是由於政府去年七月份代繳公屋租金，以致基數較低。剔除所有政府一次性紓困措施的影響，上月基本通脹率是4.2%，仍較六月份的4%為大。

香港政府發言人表示，基本通脹繼續輕微上升，主要是由於私人房屋租金上升的影響逐步浮現，以及旅遊費用上升所致。由於私人房屋租金去年顯著上升帶來的滯後效應，通脹在未來數月仍會面對溫和的上行風險。

但他強調，輸入通脹現時僅屬輕微，加上本年上半年新訂住宅租約租金的升幅較為溫和，應有助緩和今年後期的通脹情況。
