我要ㄧ次要煮30顆水煮蛋

首先 鍋子要夠大.....

放水 然後放蛋 加一大匙鹽巴

等水滾 看蛋有稍微浮起來就可以了

如果不放心可以先拿一顆起來剝剝看

剝蛋的時候記得放在冷水剝

一來可以降溫 二來剝的時候蛋殼不會黏在蛋上
