這種問題還蠻無聊的。 與其在那邊取捨，還不如增加自己的籌碼 我的第一個老闆就是有能力但是態度不好 滿試用跟滿一年都主動來講調薪 但是態度就蠻差的，尤其是每次我遲到的話都不知道在介意什麼 一定要花三倍以上的時間念我 第二個老闆就是態度很好但是能力不佳 談offer時我開的薪水他砍得有點多，要走時說要留我 但是也只願意加個小小的10% 不過態度就真的很好，辦公室每天有新鮮香蕉 上下班時間也自己決定，不用整天在那邊緊張兮兮班車時間 最後自己能力練夠才換到能力好又態度好的老板 薪水我開多少就是多少沒有第二句話 上下班時間依舊是自主 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.231.49
