台聯：若藍擱置核四公投就馬上撤兵

台聯黨團總召許忠信今天表示，軍事審判改交司法，根本與國家戰力無關，如果國民黨願意不討論核四、不以「軍審法」綁「核四公投」，台聯願馬上撤兵，不再占主席台；台聯黨團也反對召開第三次臨時會，將全力支持軍審法在8月9日之前三讀通過，讓洪仲丘案適用新法。
