黑畫面報告不能說？　旅長被追問一臉驚恐

【綜合報導】民進黨立委趙天麟今天接受媒體訪問時表示，昨天立委們前往禁閉室，曾追問旅長「黑畫面」的報告，結果對方一臉尷尬，直撇不知情，還露出驚慌失措的表情，他懷疑有鬼。

趙天麟指出，7月1日有所謂的「黑畫面」，按理7月2日依SOP應有初步日誌，但追問旅長，他卻推說不知道，愣在現場好幾秒鐘，一臉尷尬又驚恐，他直言：「我認為那不是不知道，而是不能說！」
