【短片】開車門未注意　後方機車撞上1死1傷

【陳偉周／基隆報導】開車門要留意後方！基隆市1名朱姓婦人在安一路停車，要下車時開車門未留意後方來車，導致一對騎乘機車的母女當場撞飛，救護車緊急將2人送醫急救，但是後座的母親仍不幸死亡。
