「愛情公寓」PO文罵損前老闆　女會計判拘

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市韋姓女子(53歲)去年2月受僱擔任蕭姓男子的會計後，發現她和蕭男都是交友網站愛情公寓的會員，1周後韋女因與蕭年在工作、金錢和感情有糾葛而離職，並以暱稱在愛情公寓個人公開日記本發表文章，提及「給那無恥男人」，「差點栽在一個國中沒有畢業的老淫蟲」等挨告。

韋女辯稱只是心情分享，也未指名道姓，但蕭男指有人看到文章後打電話罵他。台中地院認為韋女發表多篇文章，其中曾指出蕭男全名，經比對即可讓人知道她指的是蕭男，故依毀謗罪處拘役35日，得易科罰金3萬5千元。
