國防部：發展文創工作　應顧及國家安全

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北九日電）國防部軍事發言人羅紹和少將今天表示，國軍在不影響戰備訓練、官兵休假權益、軍機保密與國家安全等原則下，會視狀況協助文創業者，發展文創工作，至於業者若涉及中資，該部將無法提供任何支援。

　針對媒體詢及導演鈕承澤籌拍的影片疑有中資，羅發言人對此表示「毫無所悉」，並做出上述說明。

　羅紹和指出，將來若有影視與文創業者需要國軍協助，在未違背與牴觸上述原則之下，國防部會與相關部會密切配合，更加嚴謹執行相關的審查作業。

　至於「軍中樂園」影片非法勘景案調查進度，國防部法律事務司審判事務處副處長沈世偉上校表示，海軍在完成調查報告後，已提供高雄地檢署，國防部完全尊重檢方調查。
