國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)一位資深官員周二(9日)表示，美國聯準會(Fed)仍在學習如何最好地在最終退出購債刺激上進行溝通，但考量到它所處的嶄新領域，Fed表現得很好。

IMF首席經濟學家Olivier Blanchard告訴記者表說道：「我們現在正處理1項新政策，並處理以前從未嘗試過的自該政策退出動作。因此，我認為我們也將在如何最好地溝通上見到同樣的初次學習情形。」

Blanchard亦表示：「我認為Fed在這事情上做得是比較好的，但我相信隨著時間過去，他們將改善他們的溝通，因為他們學習到市場如何反應。」
